Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is physically damaged. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for other reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Misinterpretation of product photos or descriptions

We encourage you to read product details thoroughly before placing your order.

Return Eligibility – Damaged Items Only

To be eligible for a return due to damage:

  • Contact us at ringocrystalstudio@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item.

  • Provide clear photos showing the damage.

  • The item must be unworn/unused, with tags intact, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at ringocrystalstudio@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions.
  3. Please do not send items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please:

  1. Follow the return process for the original item (if eligible),
  2. Place a new order separately once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
